Oasys Ltd (Ove Arup SYStems) was established in 1974 and is the software house of ARUP and distributor of the LS-DYNA software in the UK, India and China. The Company also develops the Oasys suite of pre- and post-processing software for use with LS-DYNA.
LS-DYNA is developed by Livermore Software Technology Corporation (LSTC) and is a general-purpose multiphysics simulation software package. Applications can be found in many fields and industries, including biomechanics, automotive and aerospace. Oasys has been working with LSTC for over twenty years and have an in-depth knowledge of this powerful analysis tool. During this period Oasys has also been involved in developing some of the features within LS-DYNA such as seatbelt system modelling, staged construction, and various material models.
